Citiez Hotel Amsterdam

We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was savoury with good meals. The location was convenient and peaceful, next to public transports as well as several shopping areas.

The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of food to choose from. The rooms were new-fashioned and compact with cupboards, the bedroom and coffee machine, just what was needed. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect,...  

The staff were warm and helpful, offering personalized advice and free coffee . The room, while compact, was well-designed and cozy, with essential amenities. Location was fantastic with easy access to transportation and a supermarket nearby, yet the room could have used more soundproofing on busier nights.

We had a great experience! The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the rental bikes made exploring so easy. Though the room photos showed a gorgeous view, ours faced a wall. still, I'd return.

The dusty coffee maker needed cleaning, but the themed décor was good.

comfortable stay but small room

The staff welcomed us warmly and got us into our room before check-in, very thoughtful after our long journey. The room, although compact, provided everything we needed, especially the comfortable bed that allowed us to rest well....  

The staff provided really good service, and the tram station nearby made exploring the city easy. While the rooms were quite small, the cleanliness and comfort outweighed any concerns. I would happily return for another visit.

The Citiez Hotel provides excellent accessibility with a tram stop right outside, enabling quick travel to the city center. The cleanliness of the room met my expectations, and the staff was notably attentive, efficiently addressing...

Cozy stay with friendly vibes

Just spent 5 nights here and it was a nice experience! The staff was super friendly, especially one guy who was a real help with directions. The location's great with a tram stop just steps away. Breakfast was decent, but the bread felt a bit stale. Having free parking was a huge win!
